How It Works

JCI wanted a way to make their services available 24/7, provide instant responses, send reminders, give directions, send visual promotions and make their booking procedure as seamless and accessible as possible.

We conducted survey with JCI customers to determine which platform would be most beneficial for the client. Whatsapp was selected as the most ideal platform to provide assistance to the customers from. Now this 24/7 live chatbot assists customers’ majority of the concerns and the rest is forwarded to human agents to assist the customers further on.
